How do I know if my curtains or blinds are narrower or shorter than 3m?
If you don’t have a measuring tape at your disposal, as a general rule of thumb, if you take your height and double that, then compare it against either edge of your blind or curtain, it is shorter than 3m if you feel it’s lesser than twice your height.
Is there a height limit?
We can clean your curtains and blinds that are up to 6 metres high. For spaces higher than 3.5 meters, an additional fee for scaffolding will be charged.
Are 2 pieces of curtains on 1 track counted as 1 or 2 pieces?
No matter how many pieces of curtain you have on 1 track, we will still consider that as 1 curtain. That means if you have 3 tracks of curtains in your home, we will consider that as 3 curtains. And we will take the length of your track when measuring the width of your curtain.
How much are the cleaning fees?
Fees are charged based on the item, number of panels, and dimensions of the panel. Anything beyond 3 metres (regardless of height / length / width) will be considered as 2 panels. A transportation charge will also be imposed for orders under $350. Simply add everything to your cart and your total bill will be indicated!
Why is there a transportation charge?
The transportation charge is a standard service charge for orders under $350.

How does Sonic Clean clean my curtains and blinds?
We use Sonic Steam Cleaning for a deep cleanse to rid bacteria, dust and allergens off your blinds. To protect your soft window furnishing, deep brushing will be dependent on how delicate your product is. Find out more on our 6-step cleaning process here.
What must I prepare when your cleaners come?
You won’t have to do much. Before our cleaners come over, ensure that there is enough space for our cleaners to Just show us the way to what you need to be cleaned, and the toilet so that we can get the water to start cleaning.
How long does it take to clean?
We only need an hour of your time. From the time we start cleaning till the moment we finish up, 1 hour is enough to get your curtains and blinds feeling refreshed!
Booking and Rescheduling
When is the earliest I can book an appointment with you?
Once you have checked out, you will be directed to select the date and time of your preference using the calendar available. Here, you’ll be able to see when is the earliest available date for booking.
I have a change of plans. How can I reschedule?
You may reschedule with us through any means you’re convenient with and we’ll assist you with rescheduling. Do take note that rescheduling may subject to booking a much later date up to a month or so.
Are there any fees for last-minute cancelling or rescheduling?
Cancellation must be done at least 3 working days (excl. Sat and Sun) before the installation date. Otherwise, you’ll be liable for a $60 late rescheduling/cancelling fee.
